Finding Peace in the Frantic World was written by Mark Williams who developed Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) at Oxford University with colleagues, Teasdale and Segal. It's an evidence-based, 8-Week course in an easy to follow, less demanding format. We read a chapter per week, and learn how to implement the practices into our lives to increase resilience in the face of stress and difficulties. The 90-min sessions and shorter practices make these courses really accessible.
