Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an evidence based, deep dive into the heart of mindfulness practice. We endeavour to develop a consistent home practice, supported by weekly 2. 5 hour sessions and a half-day retreat. We’ll also confront challenging moments, explore some of the science and philosophy that informs the practice and we laugh. Please get in touch for a pre-course orientation.
