Yoga Dublin Drop-In Meditation

Tuesdays: 8.30 pm

This weekly, 30-minute drop-in class at Yoga Dublin is only €5! Emphasis is on the mindfulness practices most common in MBSR and MBCT (body scan + seated meditation). These sessions are a great way to continue your practice after a course and enjoy additional nature meditations or Yoga Nidra for occasional variety. These classes provide us with an opportunity to come together in practice for support, inspiration and community.
