Based primarily in the Ranelagh studio, and now online, my classes blend elements of the Hatha, Iyengar and Ashtanga traditions, informed by 20+ years of practice. They are energetic, a mix of flow and stationary postures, with a focus on foundations to safely build on your practice when you are ready.
