Mindfully grounding through the body and turning toward the breath invites spaciousness, opportunity. In my mindfulness classes we can learn how to reduce stress, improve communication and bring more joy and fulfilment to our wildly busy lives.
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindful Parenting courses teach us to locate presence when faced with real challenges. We can learn step out of habitual reactivity and cultivate more emotionally intelligent responses to stressful situations

You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth
When taught to look inward, rather than focusing on external achievements, young people can notice their feelings and thoughts without being consumed by them. They can develop their own intuitive leadership style, be grateful for the things that are going well and locate the tools to steady themselves in the face of difficulty.
