The mind-body awareness we cultivate on the mat can deeply impact our lives; physically, mentally and emotionally. Exploring our senses though mindfulness and yoga encourages us to breathe deeply and respond creatively when we are off the mat. Rathgar and Park classes are suitable for all levels. Workshops and individual private sessions can also be designed to meet your specific needs.
