Milltown Physiotherapy Yoga

Mondays :
8:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Fridays:
9:30 am - 10:30 am
10:30 am - 11:30 am

Each class begins with a brief meditation practice and ends with a relaxing body scan. Throughout the class we focus on lengthening, strengthening, core development and modifications to help with pain-management or recovery from injury. 

You can join a course any time. Partial courses available to suit your needs. Suitable for all ages and levels, including pregnancy. All classes are hybrid. Get in touch if you'd like to try one!
