Restoring Connection and Relational Safety

When our connection to our partner feels threatened, it’s easy to fall into cycles of conflict,  distance and misunderstanding. In couples therapy sessions we work to identify negative cycles and understand the underlying needs driving them. My role is to help you and your partner access the feelings beneath the negativity and create new powerful moments of engagement that will foster a renewed sense of trust and connection.
