Mindfulness for Everyone

3 Week Course: September 4th - 18th
10:30am - 12pm

Practicing mindfulness helps me to manage stress and conflict, facilitate better relationships and create more ease and joy in my life. This course is a perfect introduction or an opportunity to reignite your practice.

The three week duration, short practices and 90-minute Zoom sessions are designed to be accessible for busy lives as we make our way through these challenging times. The practices vary from 5 to 20 minutes. 

On this 3 week course we’ll take steps toward…

  • Strategies for calm interactions during intense moments
  • Learning about the science of stress reactivity
  • Bringing empathy and understanding to conflict to get different results
  • Facilitating better relationships
  • Creating more ease and soaking up the joy in family life
  • Cultivating a meditation practice
