In this workshop we will be looking at the shoulders in Downward Facing Dog, Chatturanga, Upward Facing Dog using props to explore the space, stability, and subtle rotations that enable us to move comfortably between these postures.

7 - 8pm Mindfulness
Chair yoga is a great way to build strength and an ideal way to practice when getting up and down off the floor is challenging. Mindfulness class is an hour long introduction to some of the practices, theory and science.
