Mindfulness @ Little Bird

6:45-8 pm Tuesdays starting April 23


In this mindfulness course, we’ll practice guided meditations while exploring the science and theory that underpins the practice. Much of the time our minds are caught up in the past or worrying about the future. Mindfulness is a scientifically proven way of dealing with stress, anxiety and depression. When going through challenging periods mindfulness can help us cope with the feelings. It also offers us ways to bring more joy and ease into our lives.

During this light hearted, relaxed course, participants will be offered meditation practices and practical techniques to help them bring mindfulness into everyday life. For comfort and ease, we will be seated in chairs in the café. Recordings will be provided.
