Milltown Physiotherapy Yoga Classes

Christ Church: Rathgar (hybrid)
6:45 - 7:45 pm Yoga 1 -2 *new class
8:00 - 9:00 pm Yoga 1

10:00 - 11:00 am Yoga 1

These easy going classes are suitable for all ages and all levels. Each class begins with a short mindfulness practice and ends with a deep relaxation. Throughout the class we focus on lengthening, strengthening, core development and modifications to help with pain-management or recovery from injury. 

Whether you are new to yoga or returning from a break these classes are designed to be accessible for everyone. Classes are ongoing and you can join at any time. Partial courses available to suit your needs.
